CASHING OUT

Cashing out from your account money at TruePoker  is as easy and straightforward as possible.

If you request a cashout from the TruePoker Cashier, either

1. we send the cashout amount to your own e-wallet/money transfer service account or
2. we can send it to you by bank draft or check sent to your account address, or
3. we can send your funds to you via a money transfer service for pick-up (for a service fee), or
4. we can send large cashouts via wire transfer.

Generally, if you used a web based money transfer service  to deposit funds in your home currency, we send your amount cashed-out directly back to your service for into your account.
If you deposited funds by MasterCard®, VISA®, UseMyBank or bank draft, we send bank drafts or bank checks.
If you have a special request for handling your cashout, contact support@truepoker.com.
Cashouts via draft, wire or check  are restricted to a $25 minimum and only one cashout per player per week.  If your account balance is less than $25 and you want to cash out the entire amount, please contact support@truepoker.com.  TruePoker sends drafts over $1500 by FedEx or UPS, at no cost to you. Drafts and checks under $1500 will be sent via air mail or priority mail, and can take up to 14 days to arrive. This wait will be cut down whenever possible, and faster service via a money transfer service or courier is available for a fee.
