Harvard University Poker leader caps defeat of Yale with parlay win of free WSOP trip
Jeremy Warshauer, a Harvard University poker phenom, yesterday won a trip to play in the World Series of Poker, entirely for free from Truepoker.com. In November, Jeremy led his Harvard poker teammates to victory in “The Tournament” between Harvard and Yale University student poker teams. Yesterday, Jeremy parlayed his November performance into a free trip to the World Series of Poker and an entry into the $10,000 buy-in Championship event by parlaying his November Tournament victory with a follow-up win at Truepoker.com
The Tournament is an annual event held between the two Ivy League powerhouses of poker during the weekend of The Game. (Harvard also won The Game, completing a five year sweep of the Yale Bulldogs.) Truepoker underwrote the sponsorship of The Tournament prizes and entry was entirely free to the teams.
Truepoker is offering other poker players a free chance to win a trip to the World Series of Poker at www.truepoker.com. Entry into the WSOP4Free series is entirely free.
